The perimeter of our work programs

• I.A.C intervenes at major players in connection with materials and ores in several countries.
  
•  We are able to map out, during a flash analysis (one week), the operating performance of a facility or of a group, and to identify the main focuses required for progress.
•  We intervene in connection with ore extraction quarries, processing plants and product finishing sites before those products are sent to customers.
• The main interfaces of the operations are systematically scanned to verify the resulting value added and the performance of the support activity (purchasing, methods, human resources, controlling, central maintenance …).
